5. LEGAL LIMIT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The retail client has a period of 7 days from the delivery of his order to return this or these product (s) in perfect condition and in its (their) package (s) of origin. We proceed then, customer choice, the exchange of these products or their refund as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty days (Article 121-20 of the Commercial Code).

 
6. RETURNS:

Any packages can be performed without our express consent. The return postage will be borne by the customer.

 
7. MAJOR FORCE:

Circumstances beyond our control (out of stock or preparing an exhibition) which will be considered as priority will allowing us to suspend deliveries or to cancel and refund orders affected by simple notice and without compensation.

 
8. JURISDICTION:

For all our customers and whatever the subject, problems which can not be resolved amicaly will be treated by the Bourges Commercial Court.
